Thank you to all of the dinner guests that attended our Supper Club event last Saturday (30th April). You all helped to make it a very special evening.

With special thanks to Eleonora…the only 10 year old we know who is delighted to help us fold away linen at 1am.

Mackerel escabeche, fresh shaved fennel, toasted sourdough
Marinated goats cheese escabeche, fresh shaved fennel, toasted sourdough (v)

Wild mushroom, Jersey royal and spinach fricassée, roasted shallot and black garlic purée (v)
